Do I need any video production experience?
No. Adwave is intuitive and user-friendly—no video editing or production experience required.
Where do my ads run?
On major streaming services and channels (e.g., NBC, Fox, ESPN, Discovery) watched by your target audience.
Can I preview and edit my ads before they air?
Yes. Use the chat-based editor to tweak images, music, text, colors, voice-over, and more before launch.
Can I upload my own images?
Absolutely. Drag-and-drop a file or paste an image URL directly into the chat panel to replace visuals in any scene.
How long do edits take to process?
Each edit request kicks off a background render job and typically finishes in 1–2 minutes. You'll see a spinner until the new preview is ready.
Can I target specific customers or locations?
Yes—choose Local (address + radius) or National targeting. Demographic optimization is handled automatically behind the scenes.
How do I measure ad performance?
A real-time dashboard shows total views, spend vs. budget, cost-per-view (CPV), daily reach charts, and—if local—an interactive map.
Are there industry-specific templates?
Yes. Adwave provides layouts and messaging tuned for retail, hospitality, real estate, healthcare, professional services, and more.
What's the default budget and schedule if I skip those fields?
The settings page pre-fills $100 and a two-week run starting tomorrow. You can override both before payment.
How quickly can I get started?
You can generate an ad in about two minutes and launch a campaign in under ten.
What kind of businesses typically use Adwave?
Mostly small-to-medium local businesses—retail shops, restaurants, realtors, clinics, and service pros—plus growing e-commerce brands.

Is there a minimum or maximum length for ads?

What payment methods does Adwave accept?
All major credit/debit cards via Stripe; you can store multiple cards and set a default.
Do you save my card information?
Only if you opt-in by checking "Save this card for future payments." Saved cards are vaulted securely in Stripe and can be managed in Account Settings → Payment Methods.
Can I cancel or modify my campaign once it's live?
Core settings (targeting, budget, dates) lock after payment. Contact support to pause or cancel; substantial changes usually require a new campaign.
Why can't I generate more ads today?
Un-signed-in visitors are limited to a set number of creative generations per day as an anti-spam measure. Log in or wait 24 hours to try again.
I didn't receive my verification code—what do I do?
Check email spam/junk and SMS inbox, then request a new code. Only the latest code is valid.
Why does my verification code say "invalid"?
It's likely expired or you entered an older code. Request a fresh one and enter the newest 6-digit number exactly.
What happens if ad generation fails?
Retry later—most errors are temporary—or contact support with your URL so we can investigate.
My payment failed—how can I fix it?
Double-check card details, ensure funds are available, and complete any 3-D Secure pop-ups. Trying another card or calling your bank often resolves the issue.
How do I get a receipt or invoice?
A receipt email is sent automatically after payment. Can't find it? Ask support and we'll resend.
How do I update or remove a saved payment method?
Go to Account Settings → Payment Methods to add, delete, or change your default card.
Are ads clickable?
Yes—the video is clickable and will direct viewers to your website or chosen landing page.
Can I sign in with Google or other social accounts?
Yes—if social login is enabled for your workspace, click "Continue with Google" on the sign-in screen to use OAuth instead of email/SMS.
