Payment & Launch (Step 4) ๐Ÿ’ณ๐Ÿš€

The final step is to enter payment information and confirm your campaign. Once payment is completed, Adwave will schedule your ad for delivery on the dates you set and begin the final rendering process. Here's what to expect on the Payment page and how to successfully launch your campaign:


Contact Information Verification


If you are not already signed in, the payment step will first require you to verify your contact info. You'll see fields for Email and Phone Number and a button to "Verify Contact Info". Enter the requested info; Adwave will send a code to each and prompt you for verification. Once verified, the payment form becomes enabled.


Payment Method โ€“ Credit or Debit Card


Adwave uses Stripe for secure payment processing.โ€‹


  • New Card: Enter Full Name on Card, Card Number, Expiration, CVC, and Billing ZIP.
  • Saved Card: Select a previously saved card. You can store multiple cards and choose which to use.
  • Save This Card: Check the box if you want to reuse the card easily next time.


Payment Summary


The form displays a summary such as "Total Charge: $X.00"โ€”exactly the budget you set. This is a one-time, upfront charge.


Submit Payment


Click Pay or Launch Campaign. A processing overlay appears; don't refresh or navigate away until finished.


If Payment Succeeds


  • ๐Ÿ’ฐ Your card is charged and you receive an email receipt.
  • ๐ŸŽž๏ธ Adwave queues the final high-resolution render of your ad.
  • ๐Ÿ“… Campaign status becomes Upcoming (or Running if today is the start date).
  • ๐Ÿ“ง Confirmation email with campaign details is sent.


If Payment Fails


A red error banner explains why (e.g., card declined, invalid info, 3-D Secure not completed). Fix the issue (try another card, correct a typo, or contact your bank) and resubmit.


Launch Confirmation (Summary Page)


After successful payment, the summary page reiterates your targeting, schedule, budget, and estimated reach. From here you can:


  • ๐Ÿ”„ Go to Dashboard to watch status.
  • ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ View Campaign details immediately.


(Behind the scenes, Adwave finalizes the video file, registers the campaign with ad networks, saves your card token if requested, and stores transaction info.)
